Responsibilities
- Provide overall manufacturing engineer support to the Value Steam
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements
- Coordinate with the Quality and Operations department to design and implement standard work and inspection methods and documents
- Participate in manufacturing reviews for new products/processes introductions or redesigns
- Support developing staff skills with focus on organizational flexibility to support processing, standard rates, manufacturing expertise and problem solving
Required Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Engineering and Industrial Management
- Experience between 4 to 6 years in similar functions
- Lean/Six Sigma skills
- Proven track record of participating on successful capital/innovation projects
- Knowledge in SAP
- Good command of the English language (mandatory)
- Integrity, resilience, proactivity and initiative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
