A scaling agriculture robotics start-up is building an AI-driven autonomous sprayer designed for protected agriculture, where reliability and real-world performance matter more than polished demos.
They're looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build the commercial backbone of the business - owning how revenue is tracked, forecasted, and scaled as the company moves from early customers to structured growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design and own the end-to-end revenue engine - from lead to cash, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
* Build and refine sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics
* Support pricing strategy, contract structures, and deal governance
* Align sales, marketing, customer success, and finance around clear, shared metrics
* Track unit economics, margins, and deployment costs to inform commercial decisions
* Support investor reporting and commercial due diligence
* Identify bottlenecks in the revenue process and implement scalable, repeatable solutions
* Help bring structure to a fast-moving environment as the business scales
What They're Looking For
* Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy
* Strong analytical capability - comfortable working with data, dashboards, and forecasting models
* Experience supporting hardware, SaaS, or hardware-enabled SaaS businesses
* Ability to design and implement scalable commercial processes
* Hands-on mindset - comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
* Strong communication skills, able to align different teams around shared metrics and goals
