Job Summary:
Know all menu items, recipes, production methods and presentation standards;
Organize the workstations with all the necessary ingredients, as well as with kitchen equipment;
Ensuring the correct storage of ingredients;
Check the quality of ingredients;
Maintain a hygienic and organized environment in the kitchen;
Requirements:
Previous experience with kitchen equipment;
Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods;
Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices at work;
Ability to work in a team;
Accommodation in the Algarve;
Personal transport;
Availability for a permanent contract.
Education/Professional Experience:
Academic degree/professional training in the kitchen area;
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (preferably).
