This site is equipped with the latest technologies and offers a stimulating working environment. Currently, we're looking for a Spare Parts Administrator to manage Customer Requests for Spare Parts.
Your Mission
The Spare Parts Administrator is responsible for managing customer requests and ensuring efficient processing of spare parts orders, offers, and related inquiries. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining compliance with company processes.
As such, the position involves preparing and sending customer offers for spare parts, handling inquiries on pricing and availability, and placing orders in the ERP system or via web services. The Spare Parts Administrator ensures timely order confirmations, proactive backlog management, and on-time, in-full delivery. This role also coordinates logistics according to country-specific requirements, manages payment terms with the finance department, and processes returns and claims related to spare parts.
Additionally, this position maintains accurate customer information in ERP systems, supports self-service ordering (SSO), and participates in reporting and commercial reviews. Acting as a privileged customer interface, this role follows up on offers and non-conformity issues to provide resolutions and leverage opportunities to maximize sales potential.
Your Profile
1. Good knowledge in trade, supply, industrial retail, preferably spare parts and logistics
2. Able to work independently and under pressure
3. Able to manage priorities and multiple customer requests
4. Expertise in Excel and ERP Systems (SAP is a plus)
5. Certificate in Logistics is a plus
6. Knowledge of order management processes
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
8. English
