Lead a Specialized Team:Mentor and manage 5 direct reports, including an Automation Specialist and 4 Data Migration Specialists. Automation Leadership:Use SQL logic and tools likeKNIME, Alteryx, or Pythonto fix workflows when the team gets stuck, ensuring migration happens at speed and scale. Stakeholder Diplomacy:Act as the bridge between global design and local data stewards, translating complex Workday logic into actionable local understanding.What You Need to Succeed \"Combat Experience\":At leasttwo global end-to-end rolloutsare more valuable to us than a Workday Certification.
