Key Responsibilities
* International Product Development (40%):
o Localize the program for global appeal
o Foster partnerships with local mentors and experts
o Adapt pricing and packaging for diverse market conditions
o Ensure technical compliance — data protection, platform adaptation
* Go-to-market Strategy:
o Develop targeted marketing materials
o Enhance success stories and case studies
o Create a tailored go-to-market plan for each country
Customer Experience Optimization (30%):
* Analyze & improve the customer journey:
o Identify friction points, drop-offs, confusion
o Simplify and shorten the client pathway
o Unify fragmented touchpoints into a streamlined system
o Remove unnecessary steps
* Data-driven improvements:
o Track core metrics: completion rate, satisfaction, time to offer
o Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
o Test hypotheses, implement changes, measure impact
Education Content Creation (20%):
* Collaborate with subject-matter experts:
o Hire mentors for new markets
o Coordinate content development
o Ensure content quality and relevance
* Instructional design:
o Build structured learning paths (junior / mid / senior)
o Develop curriculum materials, workshops, resources
o Format content for different formats (video, text, interactive)
Product Operations & Processes (10%):
* Operational process setup:
o Document all program processes
o Create SOPs for mentors and curators
o Improve cross-team workflows
* Team coordination:
o Work closely with a product & delivery team
o Align product with marketing, sales, operations
o Serve as a key link between CEO and execution teams
