Your Role:
* Moderate and assess content in Italian, ensuring it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
* Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, violent material, explicit content, and discriminatory remarks.
* Make quick, fair, and consistent decisions to protect the online community and maintain a safe digital environment.
* Collaborate with our global team to resolve complex content issues and improve content moderation processes.
* Stay updated with new trends, best practices, and online safety protocols to improve content moderation.
* Work toward achieving performance targets while upholding the highest moderation standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Proficiency in English for communication with the global team.
* Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring a positive online experience.
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
