We are actively recruiting a highly enthusiastic, French-proficient professional to join our expanding service team in Lisbon. In this role, you will act as the principal point of contact for our French-speaking customer base, committed to delivering assistance that is both courteous and effective in resolving issues. Your core function involves skillfully addressing client queries, successfully troubleshooting complex problems, and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience at every stage of the interaction.

Operational Responsibilities

* Provide direct, multi-channel support to the French-speaking clientele, utilizing telephone lines, email correspondence, instant messaging, and other digital platforms.
* Furnish accurate product and service details, conduct systematic troubleshooting of issues, and expertly guide customers toward definitive solutions.
* Uphold consistently high levels of professionalism and genuine empathy, prioritizing client satisfaction across all interactions.
* Collaborate closely with specialized internal departments to ensure efficient escalation and final resolution of highly intricate or specialized service cases.
* Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer communications and interactions within the established Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Ensure strict adherence to all company protocols, established service-level agreements, and prescribed quality assurance standards.
* Actively contribute to a positive and mutually supportive team culture, and consistently propose ideas for continual operational improvement.
* Commit to remaining fully informed regarding all product updates, new features, and corporate policies to ensure the provision of optimal service quality.


Mandatory Requirements and Eligibility

* Fluency at a native level in French (or certified C1 level proficiency is the minimum accepted).
* A solid working proficiency in English (B2 level proficiency or higher).
* Demonstrated strong communication abilities, including the capacity to clearly and effectively articulate detailed information.
* A highly client-focused mindset, evidenced by patience, empathy, and meticulous attention to operational detail.
* Basic computer literacy and a proven ability to quickly learn and operate new software applications.
* The essential requirement to perform work on-site at the company's Lisbon facility.
* Possession of EU nationality or holding current, valid legal authorization to work and reside in Portugal is compulsory.


Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

* Previous professional history in roles such as customer support, technical assistance, hospitality services, or other client-facing fields.
* Experience utilizing CRM software or prior exposure to a high-volume contact center environment.
* A clear interest in establishing a long-term professional career in customer relations or business operations management.
