We're hiring:
Solutions Architect – Hybrid (Lisboa/Porto)
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Solution Architect to define and design end-to-end technology architectures across complex systems. This role ensures solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational and technical standards.
Responsibilities:
* Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectural designs
* Produce architecture artefacts (high-level designs, component diagrams, interface specifications, ADRs)
* Define data, integration, and API models using modern architectural patterns
* Ensure security-by-design, privacy-by-design, and compliance with relevant standards
* Provide technical guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and governance areas Lead architectural reviews and support decision-making with structured analysis
Mandatory:
* Experience with microservices (Java Sprintboot), APIs, event-driven or service-oriented architectures
Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in designing distributed systems, cloud solutions, and system integrations
* Strong background in backend technologies, specially Java SpringBoot
* Proficiency with architecture modelling languages (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, C4)
* Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven or service-oriented architectures
* Solid understanding of identity, security frameworks, and data governance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* 5+ years in architecture-related roles
* Certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate) are a plus
* Experience in Public Sector is a plus
