Compensation Consultant
As a detail-oriented and experienced Compensation Consultant, you will implement and support compensation management solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors Suite. You will configure complex compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs, while ensuring global compliance and business alignment.
You will work closely with HR, compensation, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive pay-for-performance strategies. Your proficiency in template design, eligibility rules, budget modeling, and reporting using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules will be essential.
