Property Sales Executive Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our team in the Algarve region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales across both pre-market and active listings, building and managing strong relationships with property partners, and providing expert guidance and regular updates to clients throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive property sales across both pre-market and active listings by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure long-term partnerships.
* Provide expert guidance and regular updates to clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
* Conduct professional presentations and property overviews via digital platforms and in-person meetings to showcase properties and build client trust.
* Monitor and interpret local real estate trends to support pricing, valuation, and recommendations, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and strong English communication skills (B2 minimum).
* Previous experience in real estate or consultative sales with a proven track record of success and strong client interaction.
* A proactive, target-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution.
* Tech-savvy mindset and comfort using sales tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and marketing automation software.
* Familiarity with the Algarve region and its property market is a strong plus.
