We are searching for an IT Support (HR Tools)!
Requirements:
1. The ticketing tool used by entities is Service NOW.
2. Experience in supporting human resources tools.
3. Manage support ticket Level 1 & 2 in autonomy for our entities.
4. Contribute to Level 3 tickets.
5. Report activity to the BAU Lead.
6. Suggest improvement such as refresher sessions, user documentation, etc., to help reduce the number of tickets.
7. Run Non Regression Tests and confirm system behavior after releases, patch, environment refresh.
8. Animate user training sessions.
English mandatory. French is a plus but not mandatory. Expertise of one of the LMS tools of the Market would be appreciated; if it is CSOD LMS, it is a plus. Expertise as BAU Specialist is a plus.
