Thanks to its strong expertise and innovation capabilities, the group achieved a turnover of €360 M in 2024.Our areas of expertise :R&DProduction & OperationsDigitalOur key sectors :Role Description:As an experiencedBusiness Manager, you will act as atrue intrapreneur responsible for launching and developing Abylsen's presence in Portugal.You will play a key role in building the business from the ground up and structuring the local organization.Business Development:Build and develop Abylsen's client portfolio in Portugal (Industry and/or IT sectors)Identify market opportunities and define the local development strategyConduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetingsUnderstand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutionsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionPromote Abylsen's three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package)Recruitment & Team Management:Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers or IT profiles in PortugalConduct interviews and select high-potential consultantsBuild, manage, and grow your local teamSupport and retain consultants through active career follow-upFoster a strong team culture and engagementBusiness Unit Management & Growth:Launch and structure Abylsen's operations in PortugalManage and optimize the profitability of your business unitMonitor performance indicators and drive sustainable growthDefine and execute a clear development roadmap for the countryYou will report directly to the Group's international leadershipCompensation :We offer an attractive compensation package including fixed salary, performance bonuses, and benefits.Profile:Required Qualifications:Master's degree (Engineering or Business School)Fluent Portuguese and English, French is a plusProven experience as a Business Manager in engineering consultingStrong track record in business development and client acquisitionExperience managing consultantsPersonal Skills:Strong sales mindset and hunter mentalityExcellent communication and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial spirit with a "build from scratch" mindsetLeadership and team-management capabilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-growing, international environment
