Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly, assist with menu selections, and answer questions about ingredients, allergens, and vegan options.
- Handle orders, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Accurately take orders and process transactions through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure correct and timely preparation and delivery of food items.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house, dining area, and self-service stations.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures as per company and legal guidelines.
Teamwork:
- Cooperate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Assist in restocking, cleaning, and general support tasks as needed.
Brand Representation:
- Represent VeganoDaily's values with professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of our mission and products.
- Promote new menu items and special offers with enthusiasm.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor in Hospitality Management
- Food Safety Certification or coursework in hospitality, customer service is mandatory
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Learning aptitude of Portuguese and Spanish language
- Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of vegan food and a passion for sustainability is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate physical activity.
