Apply now!Responsabilidades chaveThe main tasks and responsibilities include:Support Airbus monthly closings and planning: prepare tools, collect and input results from Accounting and Finance teams, ensure timely and quality reports, and support end-users.Respond promptly to queries during monthly financial closings.Identify recurring issues and promote continuous improvement.Maintain tools, reports, and master data following business changes.Handle incident support: qualify queries, route to relevant teams, escalate when necessary, and analyze incidents based on priority.Propose and implement solutions; collaborate with headquarters or development teams as needed.Optimize support team workflows.Manage access rights and review user permissions in line with Airbus ethics and compliance.Support planning projects collaboratively.Coordinate change board activities: analyze requests, perform deep dives, liaise with IT, conduct functional and user acceptance testing.Create and maintain documentation.Support user training sessions.Ensure overall quality of support processes in finance transformation projects.CompetênciasIdeal candidates will have:Good understanding of finance business processes (accounting and controlling).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick learner.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer-oriented with a team spirit.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Ability to work in an international setting with multiple stakeholders.Language skills: Negotiation level in English; French, German, and Spanish are a plus.Knowledge of Analysis for Office, Google Workspace, SAP, IBM Planning Analytics is advantageous.Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity.Principais benefíciosDiverse career opportunities across Airbus's European and global regions.Hybrid work model combining onsite and remote work.Modern office at Parque das Nações, well connected to public transport.Motivated team environment to grow and shape the GBS.Exciting onboarding experience.
