Responsibilities
* Coordinating software development projects for core products in Transport Management and Contract Logistics as Scrum Master
* Controlling and reporting project KPIs and actively planning capacities and resources
* Handling the Jira process for the respective projects
* Enabling continuous improvement of the project team and the project management community
* Communicating agile values and fostering an agile mindset in project teams
* Early recognition and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risks to keep the project focused on success
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager in an agile environment, especially in software development projects
* A degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a similar field is a plus
* Practical experience with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills with a structured approach to managing tasks and priorities
* Fluent English in spoken and written (C1)
