The Role:
* Deliver tailored solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform for major global clients.
* Lead requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, and delivery across the project lifecycle.
* Leverage the Power Platform to extend and integrate D365 functionality.
* Collaborate with experienced consultants, developers, and business analysts in an agile delivery environment.
What You Bring:
* Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
* Proficiency with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Azure DevOps (preferred).
* Fluent English; based in Portugal (remote or hybrid options available).
