The Creator's responsibility will be to represent our brand on social media platforms, primarily through the creation and posting of engaging video content.
You will be creating content focused on our Trending Brands section: It's the number one source of information and news about what companies like Nike, Spotify, and Ogilvy are doing in design, marketing, and tech.
We share insights, ideas, and bold moves that are shaping the industry.
Primary responsibilities: Produce long-form and short-form videos daily (YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram) Substantially increase social media engagement and follower count Drive traffic, increase returning visitors and qualified leads through content We offer GROWTH, job stability, and a work culture that enables our teammates to excel in their careers.

Responsibilities Create, film, and edit engaging video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Develop and execute original ideas, scripts, and concepts end-to-end Produce content focused on marketing and B2B topics to drive traffic and growth Deliver at least four long-form YouTube videos weekly, plus short-form content Collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Build and engage a professional online community through impactful content Represent the brand consistently and professionally across all platforms Optimize YouTube performance through SEO, thumbnails, and high-retention content Use social trends (sounds, challenges, formats) to expand reach and visibility Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results Requirements 5+ years of experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to produce engaging, on-brand content Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software Comfortable on camera with proven ability to engage audiences Experience with B2B or marketing content (advantageous) Passionate about communication, creativity, and making an impact Access to professional equipment: DSLR/mirrorless camera and clear audio setup Skilled in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve An existing online presence or following (a plus, not required) Recruitment Steps: Apply via LinkedIn Complete a short questionnaire Submit answers and CV Interview with the Recruitment team Complete a technical test Interview with the Hiring Manager(s) Receive feedback We kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
