Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Implementation Specialist to join our project team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements related to PolicyCenter modules, collaborate with business users, developers, and architects to translate functional needs into technical specifications, and work closely with configuration and integration teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Guidewire PolicyCenter projects is essential.
* Expertise in either Configuration or Integration workstreams is required.
* An excellent understanding of insurance domain processes (policy, billing, claims, etc.) is necessary.
* The ability to write clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria is critical.
* Previous experience working in Agile delivery environments is preferred.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in English and French are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles is beneficial.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
