Requirements2 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in commercial roles; Experience in the retail sector is highly valued and commercial tools such as Salesforce; Strong commercial mindset and results‐oriented approach; Analytical skills for monitoring business KPIs; Experience in client acquisition and account management; Good understanding of emerging brands and market trends; Strong negotiation and proposal development skills; Proactive, autonomous, and strong interpersonal skills; Familiarity with social media and digital tools; ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients, with a focus on emerging brands and innovative concepts; Manage and develop a client portfolio, including key clients within Corporate segment; Identify brand expansion opportunities within shopping centres; Develop, present, and follow up on commercial proposals and leads; Conduct market benchmarking and identify retail trends; Promote and sell activation initiatives internally across relevant stakeholders; Leverage social media and digital channels as commercial prospecting tools; Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of activations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
