If you're hungry to grow, excited by impact and ready for a challenge that will supercharge your career, this could be your moment.As our Customer Service Host, you'll play a key part in delivering high quality service within the contact centre getting hands-on with customer queries through live chats, calls and emails.
Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.What You'll DoProviding world-class customer service by responding to customer queries by telephone, email, and online chats in Spanish and/ or English, where applicableTaking full responsibility for customer related queriesAssisting on tasks within other regions by using company translation tools providedProcessing and resolving of incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environmentProcessing pertinent information into relevant databasesCustomer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and servicesPerforming extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as requiredCompletion of tasks assigned during shiftExcellent time management and adherence to scheduleThis list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.What You'll BringSpanish as first language – strong written and verbal communication skillsFluency in EnglishAvailability to work on 24/7 shift rotationsAbility to handle complex interactions clearly and effectivelyClear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideasA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross functional teams to hit shared goalsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ballExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high quality workAdaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast moving environmentsDesirable Skills You've Got Up Your SleeveIn-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trendsPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standardsExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategiesCompleted high school qualificationOur values are non-negotiables Our culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
