French and English fluency is required.ResponsibilitiesDual‐Brand StrategyArchitect the "Dual‐Brand" strategy and build a symbiotic relationship between David Laroche's personal brand and Paradox's company brand without cannibalization.Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for You Tube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for Linked ntent Creation & ProductionPropose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that shatter the boring codes of the self‐help industry.Take responsibility for the entire production chain: write hooks, storyboard narratives, ensure the final cut matches the vision.Deliver what you pitch; assemble and onboard necessary talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to bring the vision to life.Watch over David's appearances as an actor on set, ensuring scripts, set, and direction are flawless.Team LeadershipLead the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers) by setting tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence.Provide high‐level artistic direction and act as the final quality check; nothing gets published if it doesn't meet the Paradox standard of aesthetics and storytelling.Challenge the team to constantly upskill, pushing for better cuts, sound design, and storytelling.Growth & AnalyticsCollaborate with the Head of Growth to produce assets specifically designed to convert in Ads, treating content as the primary acquisition channel.Analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate based on feedback, scaling what works and removing what fails.Experience & QualificationsProven content builder: successfully grew a media brand, a You Tube channel, or a personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).
