brIf you are up to challenge your creativity and make an impact, we are excited to welcome you! brbrAs the Service Planner your role is to schedule Schneider Field Service Engineer's (FSEs) External Service Partners and parts to fulfil our customer services requirements - these include Assessments, Start up, PMV (Preventive Maintenance visit), Emergency Callouts.
brYou will act as the glue connecting our customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners/suppliers to meet our clients' needs.
You will validate time, materials expenses reported by internal FSE's /external Service Partners required in the service process.
brbrEssential Functions brbrOptimise FSEs allocated time and schedules to provide service to our customers in a timely fashion brApply technical guidelines according to technical support information (Level 2) to provide the best quality service to our customers brSchedule maintenance visits, ad hoc business interventions, technical visits or audits initialized by Project, Enterprise mid-market or Services sales and Start-ups in conjunction with the Project Department brManage external partners services (quality, time etc) brEnsure customer database is kept up to date for future reference (for the service, sales and project teams) brCoordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery and retrieval to provide the best service to our customers brManage internal and external orders brControl customer credit worthiness brCreate new customers in the database (reactive mode) brCreate fixed price TM (Time material) for reactive mode intervention and validate brbrWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?
brbrTechnical qualification related to UPS/HVAC or similar (FP, Bachelor, Professional certificates) br3-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
brKnowledge Skills - Required: br• Strong computer skills such as word, excel, email etc. br• Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external customers.
br• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English are mandatory.
br• Strong time management skills br• Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
