Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its existing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.
* Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and social media.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
* Responsible to lead and coordinate end-to-end production campaigns.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key partners, including but not limited to the Winners Club.
* Plan, organise and execute surveys in collaboration with strategic partners to gather valuable insights.
* Support the marketing team in administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
* 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-marketing or any related field
* Proven experience in digital marketing and online advertising
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Positive proactive team player
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and content
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer oriented
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
