Integration Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a talented Integration Solutions Specialist to ensure seamless operability, reliability, and high performance of our production systems in a dynamic environment.
* Develop and implement batch job scheduling processes using industry-standard tools.
* Respond promptly to production incidents and service level agreement breaches.
* Analyze, restart, and recover failed treatments and system processes efficiently.
* Support and document releases, deployments, and operational procedures effectively.
* Collaborate closely with application teams, shared services, and external vendors to drive automation, observability, and DevOps best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated expertise in Linux/Windows system administration and scripting.
* Proven experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M) and file transfer protocols (e.g., CFT, Connect:Express).
* Understanding of web/application deployment processes (Java, Tomcat, WAR/JAR) is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with cloud operations (AWS or GCP) is a plus.
