Job Role:
As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure it complies with guidelines and regulations. Your efforts will create a safe and consistent shopping experience for users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and review content to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
* Assess user submissions with fairness, accuracy, and cultural understanding.

* Identify, record, and escalate complex or sensitive cases when needed.
* Keep up with best practices in moderation, platform updates, and industry trends.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level).
* Proficiency in English (B2 level).
* EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
* At least one year of experience in Content Moderation.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
* Desire to learn and advance in the field.
