What You'll Be Doing
Support customers via
chat, email, and calls
, delivering clear and professional solutions
Build trust through friendly, empathetic communication
Use the right tools and methods to provide accurate information
Keep detailed records and follow company guidelines
Collaborate with your team to meet targets and share success
What We're Looking For
C2 level Italian
and
B2+ English
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability
Confident with computers and MS Office tools
Positive, adaptable attitude and customer-first mindset
