We are looking for a qualified professional to join our FAN4LIFE team, whose mission is to plan and deliver onsite operations (access control, box offices) for high-visibility world-class events,
You will work with very high-brand clients and renowned venues in sports and live entertainment and experience the ultimate thrill of seeing millions of spectators benefit from the results of your work,
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-divisional internal teams across multiple geographies (CH, UK, FR…)
The position is based in Lisbon (PT)
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all aspects of ticketing operations that take place in the venues (including with Client and Venue).
* Prepare onsite logistics for ticket sales and/or distribution at events, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Plan, manage, and coordinate with Client the temporary recruitment of staff to deliver onsite operations.
* Plan and allocate various daily tasks to the onsite operations team (including volunteers).
* Train all onsite staff to deliver onsite operations for ticket sales and/or access control operations.
* Liaise with venue staff, event organizers, and other stakeholders to address technical issues, emergencies, or special requests.
* During events, provide onsite technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing and access control systems.
* Document and report incidents, resolutions, and equipment malfunctions for postevent analysis and improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Masters’ degree in IT, security management, business, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing, in major sports events or large international events, in a relevant role.
* Success operations oriented.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in English (spoken & written), French is a plus
