Financial Analyst Role
The primary responsibility of a Financial Analyst is to oversee and manage the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage treasury accounts, ensuring accurate control and monitoring of cash flow status
* Coordinate payments, collections, and invoicing processes to prevent discrepancies
* Prepare short-term forecasts to maintain financial stability and meet business objectives
* Reconcile bank statements to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with organizational policies
* Verify invoices for quantity, price, payment method, and due dates to prevent errors
* Administer employee expenses recorded in accounting software
* Perform regular accounting reconciliations to prevent discrepancies and ensure financial integrity
* Coordinate client and debtor billing processes to optimize revenue generation
* Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
* Comply with organizational rules, regulations, and codes of conduct to maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management (desired)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles within the financial sector
* Proficiency in Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax knowledge
* Intermediate-advanced level skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with SAP ERP Systems software (desired)
* Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
