Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SalesforceCustomize and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud from and Admin perspectiveAMPscript and Scripting: Writing and optimizing AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization in emails, mobile messages and cloudpagesAutomation/Journey Builder: Building and managing automation processes, including triggered emails, journey workflows, and customer engagement paths.Integration: Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow (cross-cloud/product)Data Management: Handling data architecture, segmentation, and maintaining data quality within the Marketing Cloud environmentPerform data migration and data cleansing activities as requiredProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integrationStay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, including expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, AMPscript/HMTL/SSJS/CSS/SQL ProgrammingSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a mustSalesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a nice a plus.Salesforce Administrator is a plusProficient in web services (SOAP, REST)Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systemsExperienced in Agile deliverySolid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsFluent English requiredAbility to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectationsExperience with Confluence & Jira
