ResponsibilitiesSupport Lighting Sales for Middle East ProjectsManage the day-to-day activities of the lighting solutions operations department, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of operationsCoordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering and receiving product and shipping customer ordersCommunicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues- Assist with administrative tasks as neededAttend to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfactionOther activities that are related to lighting sales or sales support.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA bachelor's degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.Is good with time managementHas good and pleasant attitudeHas the ability to work under pressureWilling to learn and be trainedA plus if with experience on Logistics and ProcurementBenefitsHealth Insurance after probationary periodSalary varies based on skills and experienceWFH/Remote set upWorking Schedule in UAE timeMonday to Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, 1:30pm-6:30pmSaturday 9:30am-12:30pmSunday OffTotal Working Hours 48 hours
