We're looking for an Order-to-Cash Senior Project Specialist for a leading multinational company in the chemical industry with a hybrid work model.This opportunity is part of the company’s transformation journey, focused on strengthening its Order to Cash team in Portugal. If you thrive in project-based roles, enjoy working in cross-functional environments, and want to contribute to operational excellence, this role could be a great match.As an Order-to-Cash Senior Project Specialist, you’ll support customer service teams and sales by driving process optimization, supporting tool implementation, and ensuring smooth business continuity. This is a dynamic role that combines hands-on operational support with project coordination responsibilities.Your main responsibilities will include:Contributing to the design and implementation of the Lead to Cash project within the new ERP (SAP S/4HANA) transformation;Participating in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and systems;Supporting the deployment of new tools and operational solutions;Providing backup support to team members when needed;Gaining expertise in key areas such as Customer Operations, Order Management, Data, Pricing, and Trade Compliance;Ensuring proper risk management and compliance with internal policies.
Perfil
* A degree or equivalent qualification in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field;
* At least 4 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, or shared services (SSC) environments;
* Project management skills or experience in leading initiatives;
* Familiarity with SAP systems (preferred);
* Interest or experience in emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, or analytics;
* Strong communication skills and fluency in English - knowledge of Italian, German or French is highly valued.
