What are we looking for?
* Solid experience in managing and monitoring IT projects.
* Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
* Proven experience in pre-sales activities, such as preparing commercial and technical proposals and preparing and organising supporting documentation.
* Experience with public tenders, namely knowledge of public procurement platforms and understanding of legal and procedural requirements.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
* Autonomous, proactive and dynamic, with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.
