Be our NEXT Business Analyst! - Strong experience as an IT Business Analyst within financial institutions; - Solid knowledge of Market Risk, Market Data and Risk Management; - Strong SQL skills; - Experience in project delivery and full project lifecycle; - Ability to work with both business and technical teams; - Fluent English (minimum B2); - Experience with Hadoop/Data environments (nice to have); - French language skills (nice to have); - Gather, analyze and document business requirements; - Translate business needs into functional specifications; - Coordinate with development teams and manage functional follow-up; - Support functional and regression testing activities; - Optimize end-to-end data processes and downstream integrations; - Collaborate closely with Front Office and international stakeholders; - Monitor project progress, risks and deliverables; - Provide rotational L2/L3 functional support.
