The Challenge: We seek highly skilled Fullstack Developers to create an "operating system" like platform supporting our AI Agent Platform. This role involves strategic discussions and new product creation, not just programming.
Requirements: Curious, focused, and aiming for excellence; Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent; 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Java/.Net Core developer; Strong understanding of OOP architectures and patterns; Experience with Generative AI; Ability to develop for high scalability and performance; Good communication skills; Availability to work on-site in Carnaxide; English communication skills.
