We are looking for:
ExperiencedSAP SuccessFactors Performance & GoalsConsultant with5 to 10 years experiencein deliveringPerformance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) solutionsfor organizations across various industries.
Expert at configuring performance templates, goal libraries, route maps, competencies, and continuous performance management features to drive employee development and organizational alignment.
Well-versed inaligning HR strategy with SuccessFactors best practices, from goal setting and cascading to performance evaluation and development planning.
Strong experience inend-to-end implementations, user training, testing, and post-go-live support.
