Role Overview
The Copy Writer in Client Training & Education contributes to developing eLearning content and onsite training programs for Mastercard's global clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement to enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop eLearning and onsite training content for key global clients from a central delivery hub.
* Present draft content to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback.
* Manage your workload effectively within project timelines and budgets.
* Apply editorial skills to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
* Use editing software to craft professional documents.
* Ensure all content adheres to team standards and stylistic guidelines.
* Provide feedback and coaching to content creators to improve quality.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
* Native-level English language skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective project management abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
* Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
* Commitment to excellence.
