We are now looking for a Service Engineer Expert willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in an international project based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and ensure the stability of a Secure GPT internal service
* Identify, troubleshoot and resolve service incidents efficiently
* Act as escalation point for stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement of processes and observability (alerts, dashboards, queries)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service performance
* Support internal users in secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions
* Ensure alignment with data security and regulatory standards
Technical Profile:
* Experience in an operational / service management role (minimum 1 year)
* Strong experience in Service Management (SLA, ticketing systems)
* Expertise in Azure web applications
* Solid knowledge of JavaScript development
* Experience with Generative AI technologies (ChatGPT or similar)
* Strong understanding of data security and regulatory requirements
* Customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset
* English fluency (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
* Infrastructure as Code
* GitHub / DevOps practices
* Terraform and/or Bicep for infrastructure automation

* Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
* Proactive and improvement-driven
* Clear communicator with stakeholder-facing experience
