Your future project: join our Spanish Content Moderator team.
Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
2. Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
3. Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
4. Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
5. Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
6. Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
7. Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2)
8. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
9. Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
10. Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
11. Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
12. Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
13. Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios
14. Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
