Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Campervan Depot Agent. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our depot.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and taking care of check-ins and check-outs. You will also be responsible for preparing and cleaning our campervans, maintaining them in top condition, and monitoring maintenance and repairing needs.
In addition to these duties, you will register guests, monitor stock, and process payments. You will also handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
You should be fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese, and hold a valid driver's licence. Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car is desirable but not essential.
You must be available to work on weekends and public holidays, and be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
