Role Description: We are currently strengthening our team for one of our clients with the following profile:
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Minimum five years in project delivery roles, including extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
* Proven track record as a Scrum Master (minimum 2 years), with experience in SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks preferred.
* University/Postgraduate degree in a technical field is preferred.
* Desirable certifications: Advanced Scrum Master (e.g., PSM II, A-CSM, SSM), familiarity with Management 3.0, KMP, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC.
* Proficiency with agile tools and frameworks such as Jira, Big Picture, Confluence, X-ray, Miro, Kanban, Design Thinking, metrics, and team facilitation.
* Basic understanding of agile delivery methods, including CI/CD, XP, TDD, and BDD. Knowledge of IT budgeting and Business Case preparation is a plus.
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
