The Role
We're seeking a
strategic do-er
to serve as the
**Chief of Staff our Founder and CEO,Daniel Si
lberstein. This is a
fast-paced startup role
designed for someone who thrives on
building, problem-solving, and scaling a brand that's constantly challenging convention.
You'll work closely with Daniel as part of the
core strategic brain trust
, with access to a
network of
**experienced freelancers who manage logistics, finances, creative, andcommu
rong>nity. Your role is to
understand, oversee, and optimize these existing systems
so
you can maximize their value and free up the founder to focus on creative growth.

Key Responsibilities
•
Operational Leadership:
Take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring
projects—from product launches to events—move seamlessly from idea to execution.
•
Systems Mastery:
Learn the ins and outs of established operational setups created by freelancers and optimize them for greater efficiency.
•
Financial Support:
Contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to
keep the company's finances aligned with growth goals.
•
Creative Execution:
Assist in preparing pitch decks, sales materials, and visual assets (Canva or Adobe Suite skills are a strong plus).
•
AI & Process Innovation:
Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation to enhance workflows and decision-making.
•
Project Management:
Organize and prioritize multiple projects across departments—creative, sales, and community—keeping everything aligned with the founder's vision.
•
Travel Readiness:
Accompany the founder on key business trips (EU and US), including events, trade shows, factory visits, and client meetings, providing hands-on support.
