About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a professional services environment. Reporting to the UK EA Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner to up to three Partners, enabling productivity, decision-making, and seamless day-to-day operations. This role suits someone confident, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity with discretion and professionalism.What You Will Do:• Provide end-to-end executive-level administrative support to assigned Partners • Manage complex diaries, emails, and competing priorities across multiple time zones • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics • Support client and business development activities, including CRM updates and meeting coordination • Prepare expenses, timesheets, and support contract and compliance workflows • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities) • Act as a reliable partner to stakeholders and clients, representing the firm professionally • Support team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and short-term cover when neededRequirements:• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role • Experience in Professional Services is a strong plus • Fluency in English (mandatory); IT/FR/SV/DE/NL • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM knowledge is an advantage • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills • Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skillsWhat We Offer:• 6-month contract (initially) • Annual Salary: 25K - 30K • Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office • Office located in central Lisbon • Collaborative, international, and high-performance environment • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and develop your EA career
