Customer Service Representative
The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide support to customers via various channels.
This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing pre and post-sales support for all self-service products.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers via chat, email, and phone
Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
Respect established procedures and quality of service agreements, achieving and excelling individual and team targets
Requirements:
Native level of Dutch or Flemish and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1)
Previous experience in customer service and social media marketing
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Working hours:
full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
Salary conditions:
1,040€ gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or 1,298€ gross/month excluding accommodation
