Set up and deliver room service food and beverage ordersRemove remaining food and beverage orders and amenities from guest rooms and hallwaysEnsure all mise en place is stocked and ready at all timesReview daily reports, arrivals, VIP's and groups in houseProvide crisp, efficient food and beverage service with excellent interpersonal skillsKeep work area clean and organizedAssist with requisitioning and stocking of itemsProvide engaging service within Fairmont and Hotel StandardsCash handlingSpeaks passionately and informatively about the hotel offerings and the cityTailor service to the guests needsAssist with Refreshment Center stocking and billingConsistently offer professional, engaging and friendly serviceOther duties as assigned Qualifications
