By connecting the right people to the right experience, you'll contribute to creating unforgettable stays and impactful events for our guests.If you are driven by results, passionate about hospitality, and inspired by the art of building client loyalty, join us — and help shape the future of luxury sales at a landmark destination.Summary Of ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of Sales– key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging serviceEnsure prompt and courteous service is provided to both internal and external guestsConduct performance reviews after probation and on an annual basisEnsure compliance with PMP (Performance Management Process) requirementsGenerate revenue through in-house and off-site sales activities and special eventsDevelop new ideas to enhance the department's offer using creative marketing and communication toolsIdentify and acquire new clients in the MICE segmentAttend trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.Create innovative events such as themed evenings, special dinners, fashion shows, charity or music eventsStay informed about key events happening in the regionSupervise proposals, billing, and execution of eventsAttend events and ensure smooth operation and guest satisfactionMaintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, partners, tour operators, journalists, and global sales networksEnsure all promotional and commercial materials are up to datePerform all administrative tasks related to the departmentDevelop action plans based on performance feedback and ensure proper follow-upTrain team members according to the Train The Trainer (TTT) methodologyLead by example and apply LQA emotional and technical standardsKeep your profile updated in INESPerform any other duties as assigneQualificationsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales position, including at least 2 years in a supervisory roleFluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an assetSolid knowledge of the regional tourism landscapeStrong team spirit and collaboration skillsProficient in MS Office; knowledge of Opera Cloud is an assetExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible, reliable, and detail-orientedAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationOur ValuesRespectWe value the needs, ideas, and individuality of others.
