As a Support Trainee, you will be part of our team and bridge both Communications and Agile operations, supporting key initiatives and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
* Coordinate internal events: handle venues, scheduling, tech setup, catering, and speaker logistics.
* Support post-event activities: gather feedback, manage analytics, and organize content archives.
* Maintain and organize our SharePoint environment: control access, keep documentation up-to-date, and manage calendars.
* Support Agile teams: schedule meetings, manage distribution lists, track team resources, and assist with onboarding/o^boarding.
* Help organize large-scale Agile events like PI Planning, taking care of logistics, equipment, and group travel.
This is a hands-on, versatile role with real impact. You'll support both strategic and day-to-day activities in a collaborative, people-centered environment—helping teams stay connected, organized, and empowered.
