We are looking for an AI Integration / Implementation Engineer to:
1. Help our clients seamlessly integrate our AI-powered product into their existing systems and workflows.
2. Onboard customers efficiently and ensure they gain maximum value from our solution quickly.
3. Guide organizations through smooth and effective implementations, working closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party platforms to build integrations that enhance automation and streamline operations.
This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-facing experience. It is a remote position with flexible working days and hours, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities include:
1. Working directly with clients to understand their systems, workflows, and integration needs.
2. Configuring and implementing our AI product into various client environments.
3. Developing and optimizing integrations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N.
4. Providing technical guidance and best practices for seamless onboarding.
5. Troubleshooting integration issues and collaborating with internal teams for resolution.
6. Creating and maintaining documentation, including guides and FAQs.
7. Acting as a liaison between clients and the product engineering team to improve future integrations.
8. Ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes efficiently.
Minimum requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Implementation Engineer, Technical Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar in an international environment.
2. Hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N.
3. Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows.
4. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
7. Experience in SaaS, AI, or automation-driven products is a plus.
8. Fluent written and verbal English skills.
9. Self-employment status with a signed contract as an independent contractor.
10. Own PC and reliable internet connection for remote work.
