Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of agents
* Monitor individual and team performance
* Ensure the achievement of operational targets and quality KPIs
* Conduct team meetings and regular follow-up sessions
* Identify training and coaching needs
* Act as the main point of contact between the team and management
Profile We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (a plus)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong ability to motivate, organize, and prioritize
* Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
* Results-driven with a strong focus on service quality
