Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a team of agents
Monitor individual and team performance
Ensure the achievement of operational targets and quality KPIs
Conduct team meetings and regular follow-up sessions
Identify training and coaching needs
Act as the main point of contact between the team and management

Profile We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (a plus)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong ability to motivate, organize, and prioritize
Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
Results-driven with a strong focus on service quality
