Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.
Communications Executive will be responsible for supporting the implementation of communication strategies that enhance the company's visibility and strengthen the brand's positioning across all platforms. This includes collaborating closely with the Communications Manager and external PR agencies to ensure a unified and effective messaging approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with PR agencies to maximise brand visibility and ensure messaging is aligned with strategic objectives.
* Review and provide input on press releases and media content prepared by external partners.
* Support the creation and adaptation of content for websites, newsletters, and internal channels.
* Help manage the day-to-day flow of communications-related tasks, including content calendars and approvals.
* Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports and summaries.
* Maintain and update media contact lists and assist in media outreach coordination.
* Work alongside marketing and social media teams to ensure unified and consistent communication across all platforms.
* Contribute to internal communication initiatives that foster alignment and engagement across teams.
Key Qualifications:
* Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in communications or PR, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or sports.
* Strong writing, editing, and content adaptation skills.
* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing timelines across projects.
* Familiarity with digital tools (CMS, email platforms, basic media monitoring tools).
* Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
* Interest in branding, storytelling, and leisure-focused industries is a plus.
