1. Support product launches from DV.
2. Provide resources—people and equipment—to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, etc., and provide feedback on build findings such as design/test/supplier issues.
3. Support and be trained during MQ1 and MQ2 as an engineering resource.
4. Support and report on daily activities to improve and maintain production KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc.).
5. Participate in production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality review, Escalations, etc.).
6. Maintain and optimize the master PM schedule and machine uptime.
7. Plan and conduct LSR, document findings, close issues, and share lessons learned.
8. Coordinate with IE on capacity planning, and purchase and install equipment/tools for capacity increases.
9. Attend regular PDT meetings and escalate issues properly based on LME requests or representations.
Your Background:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in manufacturing engineering.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in and support a global network environment.
* Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts.
* Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive work style.
* Fluent in Business English.
* High interpersonal skills.
* Effective organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to identify projects and improvement opportunities with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to learn and develop expertise in current and future manufacturing processes.
